This week has had an erie and depressing silence. It our small Rwanda adoption world, which seems big to me, but small to the rest of the world, there was absolutely no movement. I'm okay with the fact that we personally didn't hear anything this week, but when nobody hears anything, it just gives you a sick to your stomach kind of feeling.
On the brighter side, their are 2 families there right now bringing home their absolutely beautiful babies. I've enjoyed following their journeys. And, next weekend many more families will be there from our agency bringing home their children as well.
Keep the faith. Just remember that just because you didn't hear anything doesn't mean there is nothing going on.... I know there is a little more movement than people think. Things are happening!
